We create sustainable, rigorous, engaging, asynchronous online learning communities where instruction is differentiated to students' particular needs and the family is part of the education team.
How is our solution different?
Up to this point, students with significant disabilities have been taught virtually by joining brick and mortar classes remotely or through hospital homebound services. Our solution delivers rigorous, engaging lessons through a flexible online model.
Why asynchronous?
Our asynchronous virtual learning model affords flexibility for families. Lessons are posted by 8 AM every Monday morning and available until 5 PM on Sunday. The schedule includes daily focused live teacher-led small groups or one-on-one instruction.
What professionals are saying about online education.
"68% of parents believe technology is beneficial in providing access to individualized programs." (2)
"Overall, all respondents agree that personalized instruction and self paced learning has a positive impact on student learning." (2)
"Research has confirmed that what a student can be expected to achieve should not be based on the student’s disability label or characteristics, and that what teachers expect influences student achievement." (1)
